Have you forgiven everyone? 6/27/16

We must never fall under the false presumption that we are saved by works. There is an important topic here to discuss, it's called forgiveness.

If you were to die today, you would face your creator, our Heavenly Father and He would search your heart. Would He find that you had forgiven every infraction, or would he find bitterness and resentment? The answer to that question could weigh heavily.

We know from scripture that We are forgiven by God the moment we submit to the Lord, His precious Son. The very moment that we accept that salvation, through the Blood of Christ. Our sin debt is wiped clean and we are forever seen through the filter of Purity provided by the cleansing of that blood.

It's a heart condition, that many need to correct before being able to enter the Kingdom. How so, you may ask?! Well, let me explain. It is a definite discipline, submission and act of humility to surrender all hurts, all betrayals and to return prayer in exchange for reviling. There comes a point when one recognizes that it is a must to forgive if we ant to also be forgiven.

After many years and many such events, I felt God kept tugging on me. I kept asking Him, "Lord, is there any unforgiveness in my heart toward anyone?" If so, please reveal it to me. I kept digging, I kept finding little memories of past disappointments, covered them all in prayer. Even so much as a sideways glance, I was like, "You are forgiven and I bless you in the name of the Lord, thank you for being an example".

Finally, one day, I was sitting in silence and asked again, "have I forgotten anyone Lord?"...In a signature way, my mind resonated with this Inner Voice that I have come to know as Him and I heard, "Yes, you can forgive yourself. You are the one you need to forgive!" I literally cried!  Instantly I felt the relief on such a level. I had not realized how the enemy used things that were out of my control against me. I was holding myself up to impossible standards, re-living past choices, painful moments, hurtful things. I realized in that instant that God saved me KNOWING who I was, what I was capable of and seeing the finished me, the Me that He created me to be, before it got messed up. He didn't quit on me and He never will.

The love that I cultivated toward me, is the very love that healed me through the Lord. It brought me into communion with Him on a level I had never known. So many beautiful things have occurred for me since then. It's like a whole new layer and level of happiness. Truly, the one person we ought to begin with forgiving is ourselves. Do so today and let it spill over onto anyone and everyone who has ever hurt you, disappointed you or mistreated you. They will become changed and you will also.

May God reveal your hidden obstacles and draw you deeper.

Have a Blessed week!

Matthew 5:22-24 But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgment; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be liable to the hell of fire. So if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar and go. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.
Matthew 11:28-30 “… Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
Luke 7:47-48 “…Therefore I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven—for she loved much. But he who is forgiven little, loves little.” And he said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.” (Jesus speaking to the accusers and the woman caught in adultery)
Luke 23:43 “And he said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in Paradise.” (Jesus speaking to the thief on the cross)
John 4:13-14 Jesus said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” (Jesus speaking to the woman at the well)
Matthew 6:14 For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you (attitude: forgive because you love the Lord)
1 Corinthians 13:4-7 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. (attitude: can love cover it?)
2 Corinthians 2:5-8 Now if anyone has caused pain, he has caused it not to me, but in some measure—not to put it too severely—to all of you. For such a one, this punishment by the majority is enough, so you should rather turn to forgive and comfort him, or he may be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow. So I beg you to reaffirm your love for him. (attitude: stand ready to forgive)
Galatians 6:1-2 Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. (attitude: approach gently and stand ready to restore the relationship)
Ephesians 4:31-32 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.(attitude: loving and forgiving just like God forgave you)

Our Father is the giver of Good gifts! 6/20/16

I was so fortunate and blessed to have had the most incredible, Godly Father and Mother! If there is one thing that I learned from that experience is that God, our Heavenly Father is the ultimate example of that unconditional Love, Forebearance, Provision and Protection.

Yes, God is a mind reader, but He is also a gentleman. He does not impose or over step. He does know what we have need of before we ask, BUT it says multiple times, in a miriad of ways to Ask and it Shall be Given! Similarly, when I was a child, my parents would constantly remind us kids, ask, be specific, be patient, polite and say thank you! The basics in manners were rewarded and greatly appreciated!

It has been a long time, since I allowed myseld to reminisce internally about memories with my day. I was very yound when he passed and the trauma played tricks on my heart for years! I realize now that this was the enemy and I am, Praise God, released from that stronghold of 'trying to forget!'

See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are1 John 3:1

As many of us are and rightfully so, we are concerned over the events of late. Mass shootings, evil, hatred, religious bigotry and such. We see the current state of affairs, the upcoming elections, the candidates and we all sort of come to the same concensus. WE all want change, we all want a better way of life and the peace of security, just plain PEACE!

Today, please take a moment to Honor our Heavenly Father, for all He provides us. If you find yourself concerned as I am, here is a very strong, anointed prayer that you can repeat, share, or just read with the intention of, "OH, Yes Lord, exaclty That! That's what we want and need!

He is faithful, He is the Giver of Good Gifts and He WILL honor our prayers! We only need ask! So ask!

James 1:17
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord;
In the night my hand was stretched out without weariness;
My soul refused to be comforted (Ps. 77:1-2).

Pour out your heart to God and allow Him to encourage you (Ps. 62:8)

Have a blessed week.

THE ONLY EFFECTIVE Weapon is HIS WORD! 6/13/16

Think of prayer as your license to carry an effective weapon!

Exodus 14:14
The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

We are living in a day and time where there are many threats, we have ample reason to have concern. We even see within our own communities that anything can happen at any time. We must recognize that this is the result of a pervading degradation of Godly values. When people stop honoring God and decided to navigate life without Him. This is the result of of the lone man mentality.

We must never for a minute believe that we can combat evil with hatred, war or any type of aggressive force. There is no safety in being at war. Whether its with your family, neighbor, countrymen or beyond.

2 Chronicles 2:17

Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you.

What you focus on grows. Just like when you plant a seed, if you shed light on it and water it, it will expand. There have been studies that prove that whatever is observed is changed in the process of observation. (https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/1998/02/980227055013.htm)  We are after all made in the image of our Creator who spoke all things into existence. The spoken word is empowered by the thought. The thought is an active vibration charged with the intention and it is carried forth from when it is conceived and all through the duration of its inception into reality. You can not have a bad thought and expect a great outcome.

We are at a point of critical observance here. We must absorb this concept and adopt a NEW WAY of thinking immediately. Even if it is just you. trust me when I tell you this is all that it takes. Your reality is the the only Reality that you can change. In the process of shifting, we collectively add to the overall conscience. Ever hear of the "Butterfly effect"?! ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butterfly_effect )

Our best defence and the way we can bring about radical change is to begin THIS DAY to pray and pray without ceasing. In your heart, in your mind, your thoughts, your words and your belief. Belief in Christ, belief in His word. Pray for the conversion of souls on a massive scale. Especially, in regard to the current state of affairs relating to our National Security. We must pray for a return to Godly values. We must pray the Holy Spirit swoops in and converts these radicals.

God's hands are not too short and He is quite capable of effectively changing the course of a thing for the sake of the Faithful!

Do not give into Anxiety, Fear, Fighting, or Hatred. Pray for our enemies. They are not after all our enemies but they are enemies of God. Who better to call upon than the ultimate, omniscient protector.

If you listen to what the propaganda is stating, they believe they are under protection and empowered by their "source". The difference here is that their source is a source of evil. The prince of this air. The good news is that God forewarned us of this and reminds us that this entity has already been overcome.
We must always and ONLY remember this fact!

Romans 5:10
For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Power of Attorney and the Power of His Word 6/6/16

Revisiting a Monday Morning Message from December of 2011

Who has POA over your life?   POA is Power of Attorney...

"A power of attorney (POA) or letter of attorney is a written authorization to represent or act on another's behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter. The person authorizing the other to act is the principal, grantor, or donor (of the power), and the one authorized to act is the agent, donee, or attorney or, in some common law jurisdictions, the attorney-in-fact. Formerly, a power referred to an 'instrument under seal' while a letter was an instrument under hand, but today both are under hand (i.e., signed by the donor), and therefore there is no difference between the two."

    Hebrews 1:1-2 "In many and various ways God spoke of old to our Fathers by the prophets; but in these last days
    He has spoken to us by a Son."

In all of our affairs, in all of life’s dealings: God delivers His instructions to us through people. It also says here; through various ways... (His ways are unique & personal enough to each person who receives them) & lastly, it says;  “through a Son”, that being the person of Jesus & the Office He was born into, being King of Kings, from birth!

The people God chooses to reveal His words through (His agents) are ordained, not by paper or pretense but by purpose & petition. A true disciple, speaking prophetically, takes great care in the words used, yielding cautiously to the Authority of God which is empowering.

Likewise, the full Word that God has given, is His living word; In the life of Jesus Christ, God as man who walked among us. Many of His words urged & reminded us of the power of our own words. If you are not under His power you are under the power of the prince of the air, most commonly known as lucifer. We are not our own & most are detrimentally unaware that POA over their lives exists. We were created, we did not arrive here on our own volition! Most of the human life is spent in giving over to something;  a habit, a desire, a lifestyle, a force, a cause, a need...there are many areas where we disperse ourselves in yielding. By default, if we do not have a relationship and loyalty to God we are in the camp of the enemy and open to that influence. It is when we take control back over the gateways of choice, will, mind, spirit & soul, where liberation is achieved. A lot of these areas become compromised, by words! Wrong words believed in, can lead to destruction; depression, sin, hatred, loathing. Wrong words used, can lead to abuse; lies, manipulation, deception, wickedness. The power of life and death resides in the tongue...

     PROVERBS 18:21 “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”

     Matthew 12:36 But I say to you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the
     day of judgment.

Don’t become another “speaks much, does little” and don’t forget an idle word refers to thoughts as well. Idle words are words that get spoken in our mind as well as across our lips. Like the expression,  "your words give you away"..think upon that! Are you claiming the Lord as your savior, is the confession of your lips consistent with the actions of your life? Be careful of what word seeds you plant because all shall know the tree by the fruit thereof!

Abba Father, reveal Yourself and Your Word to a sick and dying world. You, who has spoken the world into existence, speak over the lives of the elect, bring forward the righteous and admonish the wicked. Amplify the words of truth in the ears of those who shall receive it and set a noise of discernment over the words of deception spoken by ill fated foes. Help us to receive messages of hope and to amplify your truth to every open ear! Let the ears and the mouths of the wicked be shut.

Lord, on this day, I pray a hedge of protection over, above, covering, in every direction, the hearts. minds, spirits and souls of all whom we care for, both collectively and individually. We know that there is a hidden agenda on this day to cause harm and gain advantage through wickedness. Let every living stone vibrate in harmony with You oh lord, guarding and protecting the thresholds of our consciousness. Cloak this land oh Lord, and fortify us against the wicked works of those who serve the enemy. We crush the agenda set forth through the Power of Your word and the steadfastness of Your promises. Lord, let those whom seek to practice such things find revelation in truth, to repent. Ma the works of the enemy backfire and send thousands running into the arms of salvation!

Numbers 30:2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD,
or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond;
he shall not break his word,
he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.

Psalms 25:20-21 O keep my soul, and deliver me:
let me not be ashamed;
for I put my trust in thee.
Let integrity and uprightness preserve me;
for I wait on thee.

Proverbs 12:22 Lying lips are abomination to the LORD:
but they that deal truly are his delight.

Proverbs 12:25 Heaviness in the heart maketh it stoop:
(heavy and hurtful) but a word maketh it glad.
