MONDAY MORNING MESSAGE For The Eternal Body Of Christ 1/14/13 The pen is mightier than the sword

╔╗╔╗╔╗╔╣!☀
║╦╚╝╚╝╚╝─morning

Ever hear of that expression..."the pen is mightier than the sword"!?

The pen represents words, whether they be spoken, written or concealed within the thoughts of the thinker. The ammunition is pride & the aim is shame. Words can discredit & attack another's reputation or whatever it is they hold dear. Truly that is when words become weaponry, we ought be very careful when sharing information regarding what we know & even more so on what we think we know.

As Christians, we are called to a higher standard, meaning, we are supposed to be more concerned about making sure WE are, ourselves, in right standing. God loves us & died for us while we were yet sinners (Romans 3:23). Man crucified Jesus because they perceived Him as a threat & judged Him wrongfully! God warns of this in many scriptures about the hypocrite, "the speck in the eye and the beam". He reminds us that all sin is sin, all of it wickedness & all of it TOTALLY INCOMPATIBLE with His Heaven and His Divine Righteousness. After all, that was the problem,  the whole reason Jesus bled & died on the cross. We needed a solution & God found a way. That way was very painful and very serious for God who became man. Ages before God sent His Son, sacrifices where made, deaths of atonement were performed but they would never be enough, never suffice! Our condition became that severe, no ordinary atonement would do!

*Romans 5:7-9
Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!

LUKE 6:42 How can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,' when you don't see the beam in your own eye? You hypocrite! First remove the beam from your own eye, and then you'll see clearly enough to remove the speck from your brother's eye."
Let's struggle to retain this fact, a Christian has no right to pass judgement on another at all, whatsoever. Neither does a non believer for that matter, but we are specifically focusing on the believer of Jesus, whom He or she themselves have sinned against our Lord. Whether you put off your sin yesterday, last year or still struggle, you are no better or worse than your brother or sister, all are guilty, all fall short  of the Glory of God,  that's just fact! Sin is sin, BUT He in fact does emphatically state His displeasure of those who step on His toes when it comes to judgement. Few exceptions exist, obviously we are commanded to exhort those who are clearly misrepresenting the Word or those who are blatant in their display of deedsEssentially though, at that point we are instructed to point them toward the word and to pray for them. JOHN 5:30* An exhortation is strong in encouraging and urging, not in passing judgement, belittling or gossiping We are to discern sin but it is supposed to be self directed observation as a means of setting our own life aright, not to point fingers at others. There are some people in this world who have no convictions, no conscience, no guidance and no desire to receive any of it. They are the ones who need a savior, we are the ones instructed to get that memo to them, in the best, most effective, loving, Christian way as possible.

It is a well known & widely accepted mindset of the faith to say, "If You are convicted in your heart over something, it means it's is wrong for you". Sometimes,  in a persons life, those convictions reside as the only means of getting that person to correct their life path. They rise to the surface as judgements if only their inward ears would hear what their outward vocalizations are saying!. Those verbal arrows are usually clear indicators of residual guilt & shame.

JOHN 5:30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

LUKE 6:37 Judge not, and you shall not be judged: condemn not, and you shall not be condemned: forgive, and you shall be forgiven:

People don’t grow spiritually naturally – they have to be counselled, encouraged, exhorted and urged in their walks...

Proverbs 11:14
14 For lack of guidance a nation falls,    but victory is won through many advisers.Psalm 1Blessed is the one    who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take    or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,    and who meditates on his law day and night.

Phillippians 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
Let us DO well & let us SEEK to do well..Let us see only good in others &  let us learn to Hate the SIN... not the sinner!

Want to make the WORLD A BETTER PLACE? Start with yourself!

Love ya! Have a blessed week!

MONDAY MORNING MESSAGE FOR The Eternal Body Of Christ 01/6/13 ~ Divine Appointments

╔╗╔╗╔╗╔╣!☀
║╦╚╝╚╝╚╝──────’╔╗
╚╝╦╦╗╔╗╦╗╦╗★╦╗╚╣
──╝╩╚╚╝╩─╝╚╩’╝╚╚╝...

Wow, it's 2013! God has indeed blessed us with another year! Another year to pursue Him more earnestly, to better the Kingdom, to serve. An increase in time, an increase in knowledge & an increase in effectiveness. I've often known that the number three represents Confirmation. I've covered it a few times in past messages. I received a confirmation about how fortuitous this year shall be! This new year, 2013 (has that three in it) ... is to be a year of great blessing, God pouring out his abundance upon the diligent, upon the obedient. Pouring out His spirit upon the Earth.

God allowed me to become part of something much bigger than myself over the holidays. It was such a blessing beyond what I can share here,  it will have to be sufficient to say that the events of which will most likely lead to a book. It involved helping someone else get what their heart wanted, something wholesome, something simple, something good. That something was a taste of what I had the pleasure of living for so many years. A chance to dream, a place to wish, to pray & play. That happy storybook childhood. The thing that represented all of this was a doll house. A not-yet-built doll house that was gifted to me by the first & most influential man in my life, right before he died an untimely death...my Daddy!

As I gleefully sewed in that blessing, Father began revealing things to me. Signs, wonders, and I am being literal...things that have been witnessed & recorded as best as possible, by myself & those who became involved... ( a child, her Nanna, a friend, a pastor & some folks of the community where they live). On this end, (a few close friends, a brother & the ladies at the post office) everyone saw the importance of accomplishing this, everyone saw Gods hand in it, everyone was blessed by it, from how it came to pass & how it's gone full circle.

The nugget that we can walk away with is that sometimes God sets things in motion (even amongst the ashes of our lives) To us, we see no stir or no possible benefit. For me, here it was years later after tragedy long ago visited my young life & now, I discovered how God placed something in my life so long ago for "a set appointed time, a time such as this", commented my Sister/friend! Time after time God leads the faithful to cross another person’s path and great things happen!

Now, onto the closing point, the crescendo to this whole unveiling, He showed through confirmations & remembrance that my parents set things in motion, by being obedient to the Lord. It was common knowledge within the fold of the family that our parents were chaste & pure when they married. They wed with intention; to serve the Lord & raise a family up unto Him. They set things in motion that lined up with God, He doesn't forget! His promises still apply, they never go void. That which the locust has stolen shall be restored. God remembers the fatherless, the widow, the obedient, the faithful, He pours out his ample blessings to quench His children. Prayers and cares have been entrusted to Him, I rest assured in that I now Know that I know that He is for Me! He's got it all covered!

Live unto the Lord! Do not give up, do not give in...Just GIVE! Give your heart to Jesus, He will increase your joy, give your cares to Him, He will ease them, Give your trust, He will reinforce it and Give your Love, its already been given to you!

1 Corinthians 1:9 God, who has called you into fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful.
Psalms 37:23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. KJV
Daniel 12:3 3 Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever.
Psalms 101:6-7 My eyes shall be on the faithful of the land, That they may dwell with me; He who walks in a perfect way, He shall serve me. {7} He who works deceit shall not dwell within my house; He who tells lies shall not continue in my presence.

Stay encouraged:

2 Corinthians 4:17

17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

Psalm 146:9

The Lord watches over the foreign and sustains the fatherless and the widow, but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.
