A fitting memorial 5/30/16

On Memorial Day it's fitting to honor those who served and those that were lost, who gave their life to the cause!

How much do we realize what and who was sacrificed for our eternal welfare, for the freedom of calling ourselves Saved, children of the Most high?! No greater a hero exists than Jesus Christ our Lord.

Here we see such reverence and respect for our Nations military. For the flag, for the forces that serve and protect. How much do we realize that same respect is deserving of those who serve the Kingdom of God. Every Pastor who wakes from a sound sleep to jot out a message that God placed on his heart. Every believer who is martyred for the faith. Every volunteer that gives freely of their time to serve in whatever way they are called. Every prayer warrior who drops to their knees for the sake of a friend, a family member or better yet, for those whom they do not know BUT have heard of their need.

Hands and feet, that we are,...soldiers on the ground for the Kingdom of God. The war is ongoing, the end will be a victory where all Gods elect are decorated. Never forget the most important Veteran that ever walked this earth. Jesus Christ, Yeshua Hamashiach.

Make everyday a Memorial Day of that fact. Our freedom is to serve, to worship and to spread the Good news!

 Have a very blessed week.

Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. (Romans 12:21 NKJV)
...the battle is the LORD's... (1 Samuel 17:47 KJV)
"…the enemy… is the devil…" (Matthew 13:37-39 KJV)
"The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." (John 10:10 NKJV)
"He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad." (Matthew 12:30 NKJV)
"...what king, going to make war against another king, does not sit down first and consider whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand? Or else, while the other is still a great way off, he sends a delegation and asks conditions of peace. So likewise, whoever of you does not forsake all that he has cannot be My disciple." (Luke 14:31-33 NKJV)
This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare, having faith and a good conscience... (1 Timothy 1:18-19 NKJV)
You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier. (2 Timothy 2:1-4 NKJV)
We are human, but we don't wage war with human plans and methods. We use God's mighty weapons, not mere worldly weapons, to knock down the Devil's strongholds... break down every proud argument that keeps people from knowing God... conquer their rebellious ideas, and we teach them to obey Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:3-5 NLT)
You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. (1 Thessalonians 5:5-8 NKJV)
We give no offense in anything, that our ministry may not be blamed. But in all things we commend ourselves as ministers of God: in much patience, in tribulations, in needs, in distresses, in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in sleeplessness, in fastings; by purity, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by sincere love, by the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left... (2 Corinthians 6:3-7 NKJV)
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore,
having girded your waist with truth,
having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and
having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints — and for me... (Ephesians 6:10-20 NKJV)
...they cried out to God in the battle. He heeded their prayer, because they put their trust in Him. (1 Chronicles 5:20 NKJV)
...they cried, "The sword of the LORD and of Gideon!" And every man stood in his place all around... (Judges 7:20-21 NKJV)
...rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil ...he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God's minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. (Romans 13:3-5 NKJV)
...who through faith subdued kingdoms... became valiant in battle... (Hebrews 11:33-34 NKJV)
For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. (1 John 3:8-9 KJV)
...now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts. (Romans 13:11-14 NKJV)
He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. (Colossians 1:13-14 NKJV)
Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death. (Revelation 12:10-11 NKJV)
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:19-20 NKJV)
"I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." (Matthew 16:18 KJV)
...in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:37-39 NKJV)
For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight... I have kept the faith. (2 Timothy 4:6-7 NKJV)
Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ's appearing, which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen. (1 Timot

Refine your source and stay the course 5/23/16

This week, we are revisiting a message from almost exactly 3 years ago...
May of 2013...aspects of what was discussed here, resurfaced and I feel strongly that we are to gain new insight in relationship to what we pay attention to.

REFINE YOUR SOURCE AND STAY THE COURSE.....

 This track has been archived you can now access it through this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5jnVIY4VfXLOGp4LTBTanF5RlE

Today we are going to discuss a topic I'd like to call "Mind Virus", it's affecting our collective consciousness...

Our brains surpass the most advanced computer imaginable, storing all of our experiences, managing all aspects of our vital functions, which run on autopilot! Our brain is like a hub, utilizing all this information, it downloads from a main frame (which is God/source) and from external sources ( the world; what we tell ourselves & what others tell us), the input.

So, What if a vast majority of what you are exposed to, is corrupt data?! It gets worse, that corrupt data also has a nasty side effect, it's misleading & corrosive! Like a Mind virus, spreading from person to person. Mainstream entertainment is a virtual incubator & distributor. Now lets take a look at the subjects, the audience. Captivated, almost carried along, swept away by the allure of it all; the drama, suspense, outrage, vicarious living with no real consequence?! It seems harmless, after all ...it's only TV, a documentary, an exposé?! right?! Many justify this with that objection, but its incorrect and it is dangerous to expose your mind to indecency, wheether it is violent, sexual, morose, self serving or whatever particular vain of attention grabbing it might be. It’s a mindless surrender, when allowed to progress, will envelope & permeate vital space, right where your world is experienced and created. Junk in equals junk out. Staying informed doesn't need to reach the level of saturation that it has! When children & adults can recite jingles, line by line, like the back of their hand, don't ya think perhaps it's content & quality of what they are exposed to primarily that makes such an impression?!

Lets incorporate some alternative choices, try playing the word of God softly in the background at home, this will help to eliminate many forms of contamination, such as depression & even oppression. If there's evil lurking about, trust me, the word of God ushers it away. If your spouse or child has a cell phone, try sending them a text, something scriptural & encouraging. Why not do that for friends too, sometimes what ever you are drawn to might minister perfectly to another ( that's God at work through your obedience) Personally speaking, I keep my car radio fixed on klove, 96.7! My passengers usually don't even notice until there's a lul in conversation by then they realize, hey, this Christian music is pretty good!.

Ok, so you have some New things to incorporate in your environment & those who do, get immersed and literally become saturated in His Love! It's like a beautiful dream, unfolding before your eyes. Focusing on Gods word & will in your life & resting into the notion that He really is in control! That YOUR best interest is ALWAYS what He wants for you! You will discover new areas of communication that open up, He will find ways to send you confirmations, so that You will Know that He knows and YOU KNOW! That’s the nature of a confirmation, its acknowledgement. He does this forward and backward, placing things in your path for you to discover later (at just the right moment)

Science has also proven that whatever you focus on, changes when it is observed and both are changed in the process. Even on a molecular level. So, Focus on Him, things will change, in You and your world!

Have a blessed week!

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

1 John 2:16-17
For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.

2 Timothy 2:22
So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.

Ephesians 6:13
Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.

Proverbs 1:33
But all who listen to me will live in peace,
untroubled by fear of harm.”

Romans 8:27
And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

Well we’ve come to the end of the show & I hope you take away something actionable from this,  I wish you a very blessed and productive week!

God is forgiving, God IS FOR GIVING 5/16/17

It was one of those nights that I went to sleep and seemed to doze off almost instantly. A soft breeze coming through the window, temperature just right and not too much noise going on.

Somehow, I awoke in the wee hours of the morning, fully alert. That is rare! I have on occasion woken early as the result of some loud noise, a storm or the occasional call of nature but this time it was different. I felt so completely NOT tired. I retreated from my bed, visited the bathroom and quickly returned, thinking maybe if I lay back down, I can convince myself back to sleep.

On the way back to my bedroom, I hear the words..."God is Forgiving". So now, a little dialogue is going on inside of my head, I am like, "Yes yes, God is forgiving. He forgave me and I happily forgive everyone for everything"...

Then, as I sat on my bed, pondering this thought packet...I visually saw the words...God Is For Giving. Now I am like, ahahhhh....this is one of those inspired by God moments when revelation comes. No sooner than I think that thought, more thoughts follow quicker than I can even describe to you. It was truly like a spiritual download.

I can wrap it up in a nutshell for you. Everything that we are and experience is a gift from Him. The very clothes we wear, the very physical composition of our bodies, the elemantal habitat of this earthly realm, everything! Every aspect of every thing that we experience, what we do as well as what others do to us and for us, is all gifted, funded, supported by HIM!

  Genesis 2:7 - Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

Whatever comese our way, He will use it, distill it, condense or convert it, it has a purpose or a repurpose... all of which He oversees and uses for our advantage. That is an amazing God, who loves us and has every single aspect of our journey and growth secured.

Truly, you have nothing to worry or fret over. Those things (those worrysome thoughts) are just illusions springing forth from a mind that isn't focused or trained on truth! The enemy wants you to feel disconnected and that's why those thoughts and feeling are so awful. Turn away from them and they will become less and less. Begin today to LIVE in the abundant PEACE that knowing Gods will, will prevail! Your security is in your belief, your belief is in your Faith and your Faith is issued by the almighty. If you have not enough, ask for it. He promises that we shall receive what we ask for.

Some facts about God...5/9/16

* God is Good, Just, Righteous and bound by His being-ness to be this way:

If this were to change, the entire universe would collapse, conceptually and physically. It is held together and functions orderly, based on this constant. He has no beginning and no end. God is that constant. He is the glue, if He were to become wishy washy it would all fall apart. He is unfailing, incapable or error.

Psalm 90:2
2 Before the mountains were born
Or You gave birth to the earth and the world,
Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.
Psalm 116:5 Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful.
James 1:17)  Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
*He is perfect and pure. Omniscient and all knowing:

God originally created a perfect, happy, and sinless environment. With the intention of having everything exactly as we complain and wish it were now. It is not that way, NOT because of anything that He did and not because of anything that He didn't do.
God gifted us with Free will (if it were not this way, God could and would be held accountable as being a maniacal monster) Giving us FREE will, allows for CAUSATION to occur. Not that it has to or should have BUT it DID occur. He is Gentle, Kind and Loving. He is a gentleman and never forces us to love Him, to trust Him or to believe in Him.

Psalm 18: 30As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.
Isaiah 46:9
I am God, and there is none like me,
declaring the end from the beginning
and from ancient times things not yet done.
Matthew 10:30
But even the hairs of your head are all numbered.
There is a time for everything, Everything in this world is appointed a season.

Everything Has Its Time

3 To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:
A time to be born,
    And a time to die;
A time to plant,
    And a time to pluck what is planted;
A time to kill,
    And a time to heal;
A time to break down,
    And a time to build up;
A time to weep,
    And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn,
    And a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones,
    And a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace,
    And a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to gain,
    And a time to lose;
A time to keep,
    And a time to throw away;
A time to tear,
    And a time to sew;
A time to keep silence,
    And a time to speak;
A time to love,
    And a time to hate;
A time of war,
    And a time of peace.

God sends the rain and sun on the Just and the unjust alike. He doesn't interfere with the innocent injustice anymore than the wretched, to gain or acquire advancement. A certain amount of impartiality is necessary for the FREE will system of life to function. Although God can and is moved to righteous anger at times. He sends warnings and has at times over the millennium had to administer punishments in a broad sense (seldom directed at individuality). He is also moved to mercy and miracle when the situation allows for it and has conceded and turned wrath away for the sake of individuals.

Matthew 5:45(KJV)45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

 Jonah 3  When God saw what they did, how they turned from their evil way, God relented of the disaster that he had said he would do to them, and he did not do it” (v. 10).
Miracles are the domain of Gods authority and power, mostly performed by Him but any and all are issued and granted by Him through us, when He allows for it: (John 5:19)

The very moment of conception is knowledge that only God has awareness of. It is by His hand that this miracle takes place.
God is author and deliverer of our souls:
Knowing the beginning from the end, when all things come into existence and whence all things cease.

Job 14:5

Since his days are determined,
The number of his months is with You;
You have appointed his limits, so that he cannot pass.
God is all sustaining:

Every aspect of this world, our lives, the elements, the laws of nature and every form therein that supports our existence was induced by Him and is ordered and supported by Him, in continuation of His promise and perfection.

Psalm 135:6-7
Whatever the LORD pleases, He does, In heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps. He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; Who makes lightnings for the rain, Who brings forth the wind from His treasuries.
Psalm 145:16-17
You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing. The LORD is righteous in all His ways And kind in all His deeds.
Matthew 10:29-30
"Are not two sparrows sold for a cent? And yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. "But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Colossians 1:17He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

God Loves us desperately, wholly and completely:

God suffers our pain even when He has to allow it. The very same way, a parent suffers for their children. Regardless of whether the pain was self induced, situationally induced or sinfully induced.

 How great is the love the Father has lavished on us that we should be called children of God!” ~1 John 3:1

(Isaiah 63:9 NLT) God hurts when we hurt. Remember Jesus weeping when He saw Lazarus’ family grieving? (John 11:35) The Bible clearly states that the Lord sympathizes with our weaknesses. (Hebrews 4:15) But He doesn’t stop there. As Isaiah says, He personally rescues us, lifts us up, and even carries us in times of hardship and pain.
(excerpt from: jmfarro.com/?p=357)
There is a difference between interfering and intervening:

God can not break His own laws, therefore it can be 100% trusted that if a way is possible, He will intervene when He can, but the purpose and the reason must not interfere with the overall plan. (((breaking the rules to accommodate personal desire will never occur))) God maintains this integrity and it's that same authority by which Miracles can and do occur. They are mercies, gifts of His omniscience BUT are not entitlements. Sometimes we find out why certain things had to happen the way they do and sometimes we won't find out until the final curtain call. Rest assured though, there is a reason and purpose far superior than any segregated personal experience or limited viewpoint we might hold.
we know in part” (1 Cor. 13:12)

Gal. 3:24, "Therefore the Law has become our tutor to lead us to Christ, that we may be justified by faith."

God supplies all things sufficient for our survival, welfare and salvation:

 TRULY the first injustice was done to Him & by the world's standards of accountability, all of mankind stands guilty. Instead of seeking justice and vengeance on His creation, He took Mercy and devised a way where that price, that justice could be rectified, compensated, satiated and satisfied. Again, not only was this Love and Mercy on His part but He did so, by turning His wrath on Himself.  Essentially, He found a way where WE could be cleansed, restored and returned to Him, without stain of sin. He did for us what any parent would do.  Ask any loving parent, they would gladly, willingly, take the suffering or consequence to spare their child. That's what God did for us! He suffered the pain, the only way He could, by becoming a human man and sacrificing Himself (in a fleshly way) to repay the sin debt for the whole entire world. Whats more, He freely, willingly did so for even the ones (in advance) that He already knew would reject Him. Their rejection of Him does not invalidate His sacrifice nor does it render ineffective, the salvation gained for the many. Those that will not choose Him are then guilty of the original sin(s) as well as having snubbed salvation and eternal life with Christ. This is one of Gods greatest wounds, no one could ever imagine the pain that this inflicts upon God.  No one will ever be sent away from God for eternity by accident, it will only be by choice, their choice. This is the only way a just, fair and omniscient God can conduct that whole encounter. He gives multiple chances, opportunities for repentance and salvation but He will not force, nor can anyone in that state of evil reprobate sin ever co-habitate with a sinless Triune and just God.

 “God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).
Have you ever gotten mad at Mom and Dad for saying no or for enforcing a rule? Many have uttered the words "I hate you" to that parent. The truth is, God knows that He is our only real and true friend, our only advocate. He created us, loves us and wants ONLY everything that is best for us. He tolerates his creation acting out, just as a parent might feel when their very own child attempts to incite them, with bitter comments or actions. A parents job is to do what is right, not what is popular. God truly doesn't always get the respect that He deserves but that doesn't change His deservedness.
In summation:
“God is love” (I Jn 4:16).  “God is spirit…” (Jn. 4:24). “The Lord our God is holy” (Ps. 99:9).
“The Lord is one” (Deut. 6:4). “God … knows everything” (1 Jn. 3:20). “God is just” (2 Thess. 1:6).   “God is not unjust” (Heb. 6:10).
In God’s nature “there is no change or shadow of alteration” (James 1:17). “God is not a God of disorder but of peace” (1 Cor. 14:33).
“It is impossible for God to lie” (Heb. 6:18).  See also Titus 1:2.
“God cannot be tempted by evil” (Js. 1:12).
“If we are faithless, [God] remains faithful — for he cannot deny himself” (2 Tim. 2:13).
When we don't understand something, its easy to get the wrong ideas. Inaccurate assumptions only serve division, anger, ignorance. To truly know God, we find peace, security and love, sufficient enough to help us through any of life's turmoils. God is a safe harbor, we need only draw close to Him!

Believe eternal Life 5/2/16

John 5:24

24 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.

There is always only ONE action on our part necessary to receive salvation. It is not an action of accomplishment, nor is it even possible without the inceptional inspiration of God in that causation. The only thing we can offer is Belief, the act of trusting and acknowledging that it is Gods work, it is accepting His Son as our Lord. Its the knowledge that His life and blood paid the price for the sin debt placed over our heads.

God is a very just, loving and fair creator. He never forces anything upon us, There had to be some element of our free will, our choosing, our selection, reserved for the closing of the circle in communion with Him. This is surely that bit. Believe and you shall receive.

How fortunate mankind is to have this opportunity. It is mind boggling to think so many walk around in utter oblivion. It is assuredly the deceptional haze brought about by generations of willful disobedience. Sodom and Gomorrah were cities, now its as if its a condition, migrating and permeating the heart of man, into a way of life and a culture of consumption, conceit and carelessness.

It is not wise to reject or discredit something unless one has thoroughly thought it out, researched, meditated and persued the option. Thank GOoDness that God accepts us just as we are but never leaves us that way! If a person is on the fence about God but truly wants an answer, He will give it. Whether or not they concede and repent is their own choice. It has to be this way.

What a person believes, their convictions, whether by default or on purpose, can either serve them or trap them. Allow the Holy Spirit to reveal false convictions. Allow for the emergence of thought that leads to personal communication with our Creator. No matter what the scholars of this world and all their scientific hypothesis may conjure, nothing of the sort overrides His master plan for His creation.

Have a very blesed week
