His Divine Timing 12/12/16
Sand and hourglasses have come up in the spirit several times this week. This caused me to have some epiphany moments where His message just downloads and then I am off the keyboard to let it flow.
Did you know that there are 33 references to ‘sand’ in the Bible? Thirty-three just happens to be the age that Jesus was when He died on the cross for our sins.
I already know which of the 33 scriptures is my favorite:
Hebrews 11:11-12 By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who had promised. Therefore there was born even of one man, and him as good as dead at that, as many descendants AS THE STARS OF HEAVEN IN NUMBER, AND INNUMERABLE AS THE SAND WHICH IS BY THE SEASHORE.
His word is to be laid up in our hearts. Yes to stay there and be remembered but also to be shared, spread and to serve others. It is there for a purpose, to minister to us yes, and also as a tool for various purposes in the world. To exhort, to cultivate, to break chains, to establish righteousness and to propagate salvation.
Just like an hourglass, sometimes there is pressure built up prohibiting the movement, an air bubble not allowing that sand to flow freely. Sometimes, it is by a jolt or a shift that it suddenly begins to move as it ought. That is how God wants us to serve Him, by allowing those sands to fall as they will. Those sands are our experiences, mixed with the knowledge of His word, combined with the readiness of or hearts and the obedience of our actions. We are here for but a time, and our purpose is to remain a useful instrument, carefully yielding to His influence.
Is it NOT time for us to become well prepared by ministering, praying, reading, and studying His Word?!

Gifts abound for the children of the Almighty 12-5-16
It’s that time of year when everyone is hustling about trying to figure out what to get for that special someone, or many special someones if you have lots of family and friends.
In my observations of all of this, the word GIFTS kept presenting itself to me (pardon the pun) I couldn’t help but focus on this word and the message that Christ has placed on my heart. Our Father in Heaven gifted us to Jesus. After all, He died on the cross to secure this precious gift, YOU are that precious gift.
John 6:35-40
35 Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.36 But as I told you, you have seen me and still you do not believe. 37 All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. 38 For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. 39 And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me,but raise them up at the last day. 40 For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.”
As children of the Lord, we are so loved. Above and beyond what we can see of our own lives and conduct. Many Christians have a not so stellar past and we are constantly bombarded by the haunting accusations of the devil, trying to keep us down, make us feel worthless BUT that is the farthest thing from the truth.
Beyond the fact that we are gifts to Jesus, and He sees us as finished, the saints that will inhabit heaven and worship God throughout Eternity, He has also promised abundant gifts to us. He wants us to come to Him, to petition Him and to seek these gifts. He also wants us to know that it is His good pleasure to supply what we ask.
Matthew 7:11
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
I don’t know about you, but the more I get to know my Savior and God of all creation, the more I realize that I need more wisdom, more knowledge, more patience, more strength, more power to conquer evil. I ask the Lord to provide me abundant blessings that I may be fully equipped for this life, to help myself and as many others as I can, as well as the for the Eternal Life to come. If there was an application process to be the one person who received the most from God and put it to the best possible use, well, I would be the one standing there with my hand raised high. Knowing only that it would be all God’s work, all to His credit, all by His grace and only my willingness.
I am also that same person, who looks at what I have, and what I have already been given and thinks, who’s to say this isn’t everything? All this external stuff is just illusory. I have Christ in my life, air in my lungs, love in my heart and a desire to please Him. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. That’s a pretty good vantage point. Isn’t your life similar? Aren’t you just as blessed? Sure, we all have our challenges from time to time, but essentially speaking, You are far blessed beyond your knowledge.
Acts 2:38 (KJV)
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
It is time to get busy in the distributing. God’s word and the knowledge of His salvation, surely the best gift you could give anyone. If God says we can ask for spiritual gifts and rest assured that He will supply, why couldn’t we ask for those things to be gifted to them. Isn’t there someone you know that could use more humility, more compassion, more wisdom. I bet there are plenty of people whom we might at first be inclined to scoff at, or be critical of, maybe we should instead praying for their blessings. If they have more Jesus maybe they would be less unpalatable.
The gift that keeps on giving!
1 Corinthians 12:8-10 (KJV)
8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
I hope you consider this as you are on a mission to complete your holiday requirements. God Bless you and have a truly exceptional week.

Revisited messages from Monday, November 21, 2011 at 11:12am
Goood Morninnnnng,
Who can’t relate to wanting to find a perfect sentiment to share with the one that you love, that perfect gift or just always remembering to do that special thing which you know deep down translates to them as, Wow!
As Christians, we grow up into the knowledge that God really does know us inside and out, after all, He did create us and He is intimately attuned to our needs, desires, quirks and abilities.
In some cases, we advance to a position in our walk with Him to recognize we need to seek to Know Him better, to know Him more, just as intimately. It’s in the still moments, when peace is the buffer, drowning out the world. It’s in the quiet confirmations that are fresh to your current events. The solitude of soul-itude; its the attitude of finding yourself by loosing yourself deep in the arms of the Lord.
A loved one only wants to hear, feel and know that they are valued and appreciated. In our relationship with God, He created us to discover Him, to seek Him, to Find Him, To know Him and to Love Him. We need to value Him, to appreciate Him and to Go to Him.
Like the child that maybe wandered off from Mommy or Daddy, it has its moments rooted in discomfort…the second we rediscover Daddy God is within earshot, our comfort returns and joy ensues. It is truly within the embrace of that Love, that we regain a respect for how and what is pleasing to the Lord.
Heavenly Father, help us to keep a better balance in our lives, to stay thirsty and to remain hydrated in the well spring of your Love. Let us praise you when we wake, let us thank you for every blessing, prayers answered, both small and great. Let us endeavor to learn more of You, to discover new depths of your goodness and mercy. Lord, we ask for supernatural encounters so deep in our being, where You are there and nothing else exists. To get caught up in Your presence and to forever be changed. Let the renewing and washing of our minds be our gifts of contact. Thank you Lord, for the many who will experience this in Your Mighty and Precious name, Yehushua, Our Lord, Jesus Christ AMEN!

Psalm 139
For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.
1 O LORD, You have searched me and known me.
2 You know my sitting down and my rising up;
You understand my thought afar off.
3 You comprehend my path and my lying down,
And are acquainted with all my ways.
4 For there is not a word on my tongue,
But behold, O LORD, You know it altogether.
5 You have hedged me behind and before,
And laid Your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;
It is high, I cannot attain it.

For those who Love and serve Him 11/21/16
I am reminded of the many trials and challenges that we all face. Those of us who love the Lord, have certainly had to come to terms with losses, disappointments, and hurts. There are times when we just can’t seem to rectify in our minds why things had to happen the way that they did, or question “How can this be God’s will?”
Sometimes, God will reveal to us, much later on (if this hadn’t happened then this other thing would never have transpired). It is moments like those that we get a glimpse of how God will inject a blessing on the heals of hard happenstance, sometimes it’s immediate and other times we don’t realize the connection until much later. Ultimately, He is good and He cares about what happens to us. The evil things that come at us are not from Him, nor do they escape His awareness. WE are constantly being guided, protected, watched over, shielded. There is a sovereign law, essential to all human life given and maintained by our creator that forbids certain interferences. It is a very intricate and just process that dictates why some things can be miraculously resolved and others can’t.
We have to just know and trust through His word that He is for us and not against us. That He will deliver beauty for ashes and cause all things to work together for good.
The Year of the Lord’s Favor
Isaiah 61
61 The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,[a]
2 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.
They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the Lord
for the display of his splendor.
Romans 8:28
28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Isaiah 55:9
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

WE are easier to manage when we trust Him like a child 11/15/16
It’s usually not until a child is much older, until they have been disappointed, let down or neglected that they become distrustful of adults. It seems almost intrinsic to little ones to trust Mom and Dad. All of their basic needs are met and the comfort of that loving devotion creates a blanket of surrender that they easily give over to.
2 Timothy 1:7
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
Trust and freedom go hand in hand, there is no room for fear.
Psalm 56:11
“In God I have put my trust, I shall not be afraid . . . “
1 John 4:18
“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.”
Romans 8:15
“For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.”
Hebrews 2:15
“And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”
Proverbs 3:5
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding“
We are at place in time where it is critical to trust the Lord, as little children. Things can get complicated and confounded quickly. Little children aren’t expected to understand the nuances of evil wickedness and manipulations that surely accompany that agenda. God wants us in place of total reliance upon Him, so that He can usher us here and there, just as a non-suspecting child would follow the simple instructions of a parent. God might need to lead you out of danger unbeknownst to you, this requires obedience to His promptings.
How can you become more attuned to His promptings? You can develop a baseline with the Lord. He is not to0 High and Mighty to not accommodate your request for clearer instruction. You can create a dialogue of signals and simple occurrences that will be helpful in discerning what way to go and what actions to take. Write them down, so you don’t forget. Pray to God and ask Him to please begin to communicate with you in some simple but precise ways.
example:
Yes = (assign whatever signal or occurrence you feel will be undeniable yet highly probable of happening) ex. a red light turning green, a person nodding their head, a horn beep, a sneeze,
No = (get creative, try to find examples that could occur no matter where you are or who you are with.) ex: the cashier asking for coupons, a big red circle on a sign, an abrupt noise over the phone
Leave now = (hearing the word “bye”, noticing a door left ajar, a flickering light, a high pitched ring in your ear)
Stay put = (cramp in your foot, a piece of paper on the floor, something obstructing the doorway)
Go read the Bible = ( noticing a stack of books, seeing a bookmark, a single apple sitting on a ledge, a child’s book, a book symbol on a t-shirt)
Take no action = ( a large red x, a circle with a line through it, a cork, a bird just gliding through the air – not struggling or flying )
Wait for more info = ( noticing a question mark alone or oversized, a half-completed sentence, a letter torn in half – missing part, a puzzle piece)
NOTE: ONCE YOU FEEL YOU HAVE A GOOD HANDLE ON THIS AND HAVE OBSERVED SOME OCCURRENCES OF SIGNALS, YOU WIL BECOME MORE AND MORE SURE THAT HE IS GIVING YOU THE FEEDBACK THAT YOU HAVE ASKED FOR. THERE IS NO LIMIT, YOU CAN KEEP THIS GOING AND ADD AS MANY PROMPTS AS YOU THINK YOU MIGHT NEED TO NAVIGATE IN AND AROUND DAILY STUFF. HAVE FUN AND DONT FORGET TO BE THANKFUL FOR HIS ANSWERINGS WHEN THEY ARRIVE.
If we could just learn to recognize when He is speaking with us. We actually can, He wants us to, and through His word, we will develop an even keener sense of awareness. This will lead us into blessings faster and away from disasters.
I can only emphasize that I had this very experience myself, when having to travel recently. I calmed my nerves about something that was projected onto me by reminding myself that God and the Holy spirit will find a way to redirect me, slow me down or delay me (somehow, someway) away from any grave danger. Well, that is exactly what happened. I was involved in an incident and kept waiting for close to two hours. I know that the hand of God was upon the situation because of the thoughts I had prior and the trust I assigned to my savior prior to.
Have a blessed week and enjoy the peace of mind in knowing God can and will communicate to you, with you and through ordinary events.

Choose this day. 10/24/16
What a great faculty God has given us, the power to choose and to decide. It is our Loving Creator’s equitable way, and we are made in His image and likeness. This world we live in is one of contrast, the highest highs and the lowest of lows. We can never know great happiness until we have tasted sadness.Everything under the sun is like this, ranging in a spectrum from positive and pleasant to negative and nasty.
We can bless this negative contrast when it shows up and quickly move away from it, keeping the lesson of value. Be grateful for it, for it is merely the indication that something equally better exists and is therefore possible and preferred.
God tells us many times in the Bible that is our faith with sets the standard and raises the bar. According to our faith it is done.
EPHESIANS 3:20
20 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,
Our mental mansion can be a house of pain, regret, and bitterness, or it can be a home built of acceptance, gentleness, and gratitude. Mistakes are how we learn, loss is where we gain appreciation, disappointment is where we sharpen resolve. God also promises us double for the trouble, stating that everything lost to the locust shall be restored. That which the thief has taken shall be remanded back to us.
Joel 2:25 I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you.
Proverbs 6:30-31 Men do not despise a thief, if he steal to satisfy his soul when he is hungry; But if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; he shall give all the substance of his house.
So, we are encouraged to live in a state of peacefulness and joy. Leaving worries aside, for they serve no positive purpose.
You get to choose, choose wisely!
Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

Eternal over temporary, Gods promise over every manifested thing. 10-17-16
This message is for that person who is struggling with the seeing, the trusting, the surrendering. The obstacle, problem r sickness may still be present but its future demise is determined by the leverage of faith.
Father God, I pray that this message reaches the ones that You intended it for. Lord, I ask that You lead them and comfort them. Saturate their experience with Your words, promises, and persuasion. Shut the mouth of the evil one, and amplify the solidity of Your will. Charter the way and deliver them from their affliction. Thank you in advance Lord, for it is by Your Mercy and Grace that we enter into such sacred conference to be educated about Your statutes and benefits. In Jesus Mighty name amen!

Accountability, God gave us abilities on account 10/10/16
We are revisiting a message from 2011
So much of this message is relevant and has resurfaced this week, even the very fact that I was looking back over previous messages and this one popped up.
- ” It’ll do, it’s good enough!”
- “What He or She doesn’t know, won’t hurt them!” (see Psalm 139 below)
- “Fine, but I’m not going out of my way”
James 4:17New King James Version (NKJV)17 Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it,to him it is sin.
Colossians 3:22-24King James Version (KJV)22Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God;23And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;24Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
James 1:22-2522 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. 24 For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like. 25 But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.
“drawing near to him with your mouth and your lips while your heart has been far front him?” (Isa.29:13)
Genesis 6:3New King James Version (NKJV)3 And the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not strive[a] with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.”King James BiblePsalm 24:1 The earth is the LORD’S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

Only God can accomplish eternal agendas 10/3/16
2 Peter 3:8
8 But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
This scripture has as much to do with God’s perfect timing as it does with His dominion, power, omnipresence, and divine will. Did you ever have a long-held prayer, desire or wish suddenly unfold right before you?! That is, in a sense, the realizing of God’s favor. Sometimes we pray and it comes to pass rather quickly but then sometimes, we pray for something (feeling as if it might never happen, knowing that if it did it would surely, could only, come from His divine hands)!
There is definite faith in the knowledge of our helplessness and the despair of desiring something so big that ONLY God could deliver. What a wonderful thing it is, when we are given an opportunity to see the thing that we prayed forward, come into light. Maybe a long time friend or acquaintance that suddenly has a new-found respect for God and is now being led by the Holy Spirit. Maybe it’s a release of something that gripped you in your health, your finances or state of mind. Whatever the suddenly of God is, that just showed up for you, it was done the minute you asked.
When we surrender our lives to Christ, repent and confess our salvation, in that instant, we are made His. There are eons of eternity that await us but God perfects us, in the time necessary for all things to coalesce. He is above time, the creator of time and the giver thereof. We can not fully understand as we are bound by the constraints of time but we can be sure that it is a tool He gave us for our welfare.
There is one other lesson here, being that of patience and peace. Knowing that He is in control and that all matters affecting the right now and the ever after are within His capable grasp. Life is a blink, a worthwhile blink but none the less, so very minuscule in comparison to eternity. It’s a necessary segment but we get so caught up in the fleeting that we miss the fixed. God is that fixed source, that entity of redemption and love that will always be. Problems, struggles, losses, failures are merely entropies that fade when the growth has subdued the lesson contained.
Habakkuk 2:3
“For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.”
“For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.”
it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.”
Galatians 4:4-5
“But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law,
so that we might receive adoption as sons.”
Romans 5:6
“For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.”
Isaiah 40:31
“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
Ecclesiastes 3:11
“He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart,
yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.”
Genesis 18:14
“Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you,
about this time next year, and Sarah shall have a son.”
Romans 11:25
“Lest you be wise in your own sight, I do not want you to be unaware of this mystery,
brothers: a partial hardening has come upon Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.”

One Flesh 9-16-16
Today’s message is a reblog from August 12, 2013
This message came up in conversation recently. I pray that many are led into truth over it.
Today, I am going to discuss a subject that is “very touchy” so please, pardon the pun.
We will be discussing SEX, why God emphatically states we should abstain from it if we are not married.
We are familiar with the many varied lifestyle choices people make as well as most of the physical consequences associated with pre-marital sex. We have the obvious ones, like unplanned pregnancy, sexually transmitted disease as well as the feeling of abandonment and disconnect experienced when a casual sexual relationship comes to naught! We are going to discuss the truth about what happens when to people create an unholy soul~tie.b
Some would argue that having sex before marriage is necessary, they will say that they need to know if the other person is a good match for them. That is an excuse, driven by a disobedient heart that is already at enmity with the Word because they have engaged in premarital sex already! If you have never had sex, then you would not argue that You needed to experience something that can not be the way they are going about it. No matter how you slice it, if you are having premarital sex, it is already ineligible for the blessings God has set aside for those who wait. The argument, from the perspective of the fornicator, is already warped, tainted and distorted from the truth of the facts, as they continue to pursue more hosts for their deviance.
Hebrews 13:4
4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
Sounds a but harsh, heh? Well, as my pastor says and I will paraphrase, I don’t tell you this to frighten you, I tell you this to Terrify you! You see, when two people have sex, their bodies coalesce, God refers to this as becoming “One flesh”. The meaning of One flesh, is both on the physical plane as well as the spiritual. So, just as one could contract a disease from another, one could also contract a demon (or many) simply form the act of fornicating. Gives new meaning to the term STD! This is real and not something to shrug off. The Bible says many times, “as in Earth so also in heaven”. If you drink poison, you will get sick or die, if you have a toxic mindset, you will become ill, make others ill and eventually reap terrible consequences, Likewise, the Bible says those that commit the sin of fornication are actually committing an act against their own body, whereas all other sins are committed externally, this one sin, is like none other, in that you are harming yourself as well as another!
1 Corinthians 6:1616 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
1 Corinthians 6:18
18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
Some would say it is not easy staying celibate and pure. Is it easier to risk everything that is of true value?! In my opinion, NO! If you just met a woman or man, would you rush them over to your Bank’s ATM machine to show them your assets, 401K and give them the password to your account?! No, that would foolish and dangerous! But people unlock, disarm and expose the MOST valuable thing they own all the time, through unprotected, unwed Sex!
Women and men are motivated romantically and physically in different ways. God knew what He was doing when He designed us and I can assure you, He really got it right when it comes to this, after all, the ability to procreate is a special blessing given to humans, unlike angels. Different also from the animal world, as animals do not have a conscience. We have been given dominion over the animals and are not supposed to behave as basely as they do. “Animal sex” is a term you hear often and it means just what it sounds like, It’s not something to be proud of, seek or participate in!
From the perspective of a person seeking affection or love, doesn’t everyone want someone who will cherish and respect them? You can’t build a strong house on sinking sand, nor can you have a successful committed relationship when you undermine the very things that help support that foundation. I have four brothers and over time I have come to know their opinions on many things, ‘most men will take sex if offered’ but it is still deemed as trashy and disposable. Women set the bar, if you drop the requirements there is no prize and no one wins!
I am including some scriptures that will help you get a better understanding and hope that something you have heard or read here resonates with the spirit of truth that hopefully dwells within you!
1 Thessalonians 4:3-5
3 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:
4 That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour;5 Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles which know not God:
1 Corinthians 6:19
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
Galatians 5:19-21
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
2 Corinthians 6:14
14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
James 1:14-15
14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Warfare, our power is in HIM! 9/19/16
Recently, I was sorting through some emails and came upon a message from a dear Sister in Christ. Immediately, upon reading the enlarged and bolded text, I felt the same concern, horror, shock and disbelief she did, which caused her to send it out.
This is indicative of what we are facing as a society and culture, it’s becoming more prevalent. We simply must not be moved BUT rather counter attack in prayer. We can not afford to look away, let someone else deal with it or allow it to consume us but it needs to be addressed.
The email read….
“My goodness!
Look at what is happening in schools around the country this year! iI sure hope the good people in our churches will have something to say about this in our services. Please click on the link below and do what you can to keep Satan clubs out of the elementary schools.

An After School Satan Club could be coming to your kid’s elementary school”
Yes, this is very concerning, troubling and downright evil. Why would anyone think that this was acceptable or a good idea? Deception and depravity is at all time high, remember now we are in the last days. This and worse we have been warned of.
Solution: STAUNCH FAITH IN CHRIST…POWERFUL PRAYER AND UNRELENTING OBEDIENCE….
Response to email…
That is horrific! If I was a parent, I would be outraged and yank my children from “that” school immediately.
2 Timothy 2:26 “…and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will.”
James 4:7 “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
I Peter 5:8 “Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.”
Luke 4:8 “And Jesus answered him, ‘It is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve.’”
Ephesians 6:11 “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.”
Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
PRAYER IS OUR MOST POWERFUL ARTILLERY! USE IT FOR EVERYTHING!

Hanging on His every word 8/29/16
It's such a common part of life, to have upcoming events that we look forward to. A vacation, promotion, special ceremony or some other special celebration. We sort of live our lives from event to event. These milestones give us something to look forward to, to strive for. In most cases, during our life, they never end; there is always something off in the distance that we are waiting to see, experience or attend.
Psalm 130:5
I wait for the Lord, my soul waits,
and in his word I hope. . . .
When I read this passage, it goes beyond this physical realm. It's the quintessential moments of my life...On a daily basis this applies as I petition Him for myself and others. On a grander scale, I trust that the Lord knows every detail of what will unfold and when. He sees everything down the road and at the end of the road. What better hope could I have but that of the Almighty, Omnsicient God that goes before me in all things. One fine day, He will come to collect me and eternity will be mine with the Lord.
In a few days is the anniversary of my Mothers death. It's not exactly something I look forward to on the calendar but none the less, it's an observance. I was so fortunate and blessed to have a Mother so deeply devoted to God, who prayed for me, from the moment she knew of me until the moment she left this earth! She waited for the Lord, and in His word was her hope. I know that her hope was for her five children to Love and Serve the Lord, to walk in righteousness and to prosper in every area of life. I am so glad for strong faith and a close relationship with the Lord. I continually pray for my siblings, knowing and trusting in God's timing for them.
This is God's hope for us, too. He left so many wonderful words of encouragement for us. He has given us so much to cling to. If we would only cleave to His word for the immutable promises and wonderful legacy that awaits us. I pray that every ear can discern and that every eye is opened to the Goodness of the Lord.
I look forward to everything that God wants for me. I agree totally with His word! I trust that He prepares me for everything that is assigned to me in this life. He is my Hope and all other things are just stepping stones on that path. Lord, allow me to maintain total 'AWE" of You, every day of my life. AMEN!
Isaiah 40:31
But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
Psalm 27:13-14
I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living! Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
Lamentations 3:25
The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.
James 5:7-8
Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains. You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.
Isaiah 30:18
Therefore the Lord waits to be gracious to you, and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for him.
Romans 5:3-4
More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope,
Psalm 33:20-22
Our soul waits for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name. Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us, even as we hope in you.
James 5:11
Behold, we consider those blessed who remained steadfast. You have heard of the steadfastness of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful.
Psalm 130:5-6
I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in his word I hope; my soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning.
Psalm 27:14
Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!
Psalm 37:34
Wait for the Lord and keep his way, and he will exalt you to inherit the land; you will look on when the wicked are cut off.

Psalm 40:1-17
To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. I waited patiently for the Lord; he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord. Blessed is the man who makes the Lord his trust, who does not turn to the proud, to those who go astray after a lie! You have multiplied, O Lord my God, your wondrous deeds and your thoughts toward us; none can compare with you! I will proclaim and tell of them, yet they are more than can be told. ...
Isaiah 64:4
From of old no one has heard or perceived by the ear, no eye has seen a God besides you, who acts for those who wait for him.

May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy,
Matthew 6:34
“Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Psalm 27:1-14
Of David. The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When evildoers assail me to eat up my flesh, my adversaries and foes, it is they who stumble and fall. Though an army encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war arise against me, yet I will be confident. One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple. For he will hide me in his shelter in the day of trouble; he will conceal me under the cover of his tent; he will lift me high upon a rock. ...
Psalm 25:4-5
Make me to know your ways, O Lord; teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long.
Psalm 37:9
For the evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the land.

Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!
1 Peter 1:22-25
Having purified your souls by your obedience to the truth for a sincere brotherly love, love one another earnestly from a pure heart, since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through theliving and abiding word of God; for “All flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower falls, but the word of the Lord remains forever.” And this word is the good news that was preached to you.
