MONDAY MORNING MESSAGE FOR The Eternal Body Of Christ 11-28-11

Goooood Morninnnnnnnnnnng,

I was watching a home improvement program & the construction crew was about to pour concrete stairs, so they were forming it out. If you don't already know (it's simply a process of creating a support for wet concrete) similar to a mold, it's made of wood, it's carefully cut, assembled & anchored down. It has to be extremely supportive to hold the wet concrete while it forms up, it needs to be level, true and plumb. Alll stairs need to have a certain stride ratio; they discussed what they call a trip hazard, apparently as we rise and decline on stairs (the mechanisms in our brain) assumes the next step will be equal in distance and rise, if there is even the slightest variation it can cause the person to stumble (this is no good) and can be very dangerous.

Isa 8:15 And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

Life is very much like this staircase....and the steps we travel on can be compared to day to day life. We travel up these stairs in years meaning our progressive walk toward union with the Lord. We also travel down these stairs as we are earthly creatures; attending appointments, chores, friends, responsibilities, that all require us to visit these other levels. After time, these stairs may not be so square as they used to be (worn over time) or perhaps we just added to our staircase to accommodate some new facet of life? Whatever the case, there are things we can do to help us stay on track, keep from stumbling and keep us moving safely along.

Seek the Lord's help to remove as many trip hazards as possible (even the subtle ones) they seem to be the worst because those are the ones that catch us when we aren't paying attention, when we are fatigued and tired from the trials of life. Is it not a Mother's greatest fear when her child transitions steps for the first time? Likewise, we need to recognize the steps we take and the steps that we make daily, we need to make them square, right and true. As with most things its the application of practice which leads to skill through conscious attention.

What are some trip hazards in your life?...Is it laziness, boredom, selfishness, carnal nature, love of possessions, lack of discipline, procrastination?...it can be as subtle as these or as severe as serious addiction, some people have and retain very destructive practices; addictions, urges and splurges, all in varying degrees.

Lk 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

What Steps will you take today?....and more importantly, how will you be traveling on that staircase?

Isaiah 30:21 nd your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way, walk you in it, when you turn to the right hand, and when you turn to the left.

Jeremiah 7:23-28
New King James Version (NKJV)
23 But this is what I commanded them, saying, ‘Obey My voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be My people. And walk in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well with you.’

2 John 1:6
New King James Version (NKJV)
6 This is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, that as you have heard from the beginning, you should walk in it.

MONDAY MORNING MESSAGE For The Eternal Body Of Christ 11-21-11

by Susan Artszcraftsz on Monday, November 21, 2011 at 11:12am

Goood Morninnnnng,

Who can't relate to wanting to find a perfect sentiment to share with the one that you love, that perfect gift or just always remembering to do that special thing which you know deep down translates to them as, Wow!

As Christians, we grow up into the knowledge that God really does know us inside and out, after all, He did create us and He is intimately attuned to our needs, desires, quirks and abilities.

In some cases, we advance to a position in our walk with Him to recognize we need to seek to Know Him better, to know Him more, just as intimately. It's in the still moments, when peace is the buffer, drowning out the world. It's in the quiet confirmations that are fresh to your current events. The solitude of soul-itude;  its the attitude of finding yourself by loosing yourself deep in the arms of the Lord.

A loved one only wants to hear, feel and know that they are valued and appreciated. In our relationship with God, He created us to discover Him, to seek Him, to Find Him, To know Him and to Love Him. We need to value Him, to appreciate Him and to Go to Him.

Like the child that maybe wandered off from Mommy or Daddy, it has its moments rooted in discomfort...the second we rediscover Daddy God is within earshot, our comfort returns and joy ensues. It is truly within the embrace of that Love, that we regain a respect for how and what is pleasing to the Lord.

Heavenly Father,  help us to keep a better balance in our lives, to stay thirsty and to remain hydrated in the well spring of your Love. Let us praise you when we wake, let us thank you for every blessing, prayers answered, both small and great. Let us endeavor to learn more of You, to discover new depths of your goodness and mercy. Lord, we ask for supernatural encounters so deep in our being, where You are there and nothing else exists. To get caught up in Your presence and to forever be changed. Let the renewing and washing of our minds be our gifts of contact. Thank you Lord, for the many who will experience this in Your Mighty and Precious name, Yehushua, Our Lord, Jesus Christ AMEN!

Psalm 139
For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.
 1 O LORD, You have searched me and known me.
 2 You know my sitting down and my rising up;
         You understand my thought afar off.
 3 You comprehend my path and my lying down,
         And are acquainted with all my ways.
 4 For there is not a word on my tongue,
         But behold, O LORD, You know it altogether.
 5 You have hedged me behind and before,
         And laid Your hand upon me.
 6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;
         It is high, I cannot attain it.

It's never too early to have Thanksgiving, that is, if you really understand what it means and How powerful it is!

The principle behind Thanksgiving is the act of Gratitude, its an attitude of gratefulness. I enjoyed a wonderful sermon at Church yesterday, all about the transformative power of Christ in others lives, in our own and how there is a definite "Atmosphereic Change" that occurs when the presence of the Lord, comes from with us and through us. It brings about change and it causes change on every level.

I also came across an inspirational quote recently, "Every Saint has a Past and every Sinner has a Future"; it is so profund, because it describes all of humankind; whether transformed, reformed or conformed. All who are right with God should be giving thanks for that elite condition of Grace and sanctification. Every sinner should see a glimmer of hope in the knowledge that even the worst of infractions holds no power against him once Jesus enters his heart! In an instant, bad become good and wrongs are turned right.

Thankfullness and Thanksgiving go hand in hand. I remember my beloved Mother once telling me...Turn that frown upside down! explaining that being happy can cause you to smile, but then adding this one key fact, which I never forgot....she said, "Did you know it works in reverse?". I inquired, "No, what do you mean?"...she replied as she smiled;
"When you smile,  it can cause you to become Happy!". Hallelujah, Thankfulness and Gratitude work this same way.

Give thanks forward to God,  today, this minute, for anything and everything you can honestly express thankfulness for. See what transpires, the floodgates of blessing unfold in your heart, in your life and splay out before you. It wont be long before it permeates everything around and it for sure turns the tides of change for the better! The best way to get and keep your blessings is in Thanksgiving!

Psalm 100:4
King James Version (KJV)
 4Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. I Cor. 15:57

O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever. I Chron. 16:34

Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place. II Cor. 2:14

Romans 1:21
 21Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

There are over 70 verses in scripture on "THANKS"...giver it a look....

Heavenly Father, I thank you for this Day, for every thing that transpired within it, enjoying all of the blessings you have prepared. Let us be thankful for every blessing. I am thankful for my wonderful family, great friends, loving pets, hobbies and tasks which lift my hands to. For the most amazing Peace and Joy which is embracing my heart. Every minute is spent in the shadow of your transforming Love. Lord, I pray that You reveal more of You, the Kingdom and the many blessings You have in store for us, your Church. Help us Oh Lord to never neglect to offer Thankfulness, in every situation. In the Mighty name of Yehushua, Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ AMEN.

MONDAY MORNING MESSAGE FOR The Eternal Body Of Christ 11-7-11

GOOOD MORNINNNNNNNG!

Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all things shall be added unto you....Matthew 6:33

How many of us are in the position of great need? Provision from the Lord is life and Life more abundantly! How do we recognize when we need the supernatural attention of God in the areas of our life where we are lacking? When you have run around in circles, exhausted every avenue? What happens when we get to the point of overwhelm, desperation? Is it finally then when we cry out, call out to God? Yes, usually this is the case.  God wants to assure us that He is capable, especially when we are not. He wants to be the the first responder in our emergency and He wants us to be aware that He is where all blessings flow from. Praise and prays! Thank you Lord for my need and thank you Lord for meeting it, exceeding it!

"I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." John 10:10

How do we usher in the provision of God? We usher it in through faith, obedience, praise, prayer and surrender.
There is one lesson in the bible that comes to mind;

1 Kings 17:7-16 the  accounting of the Widow of Zeraphath during the time of drought in the region of Sidon at that time...
http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+Kings+17%3A7-16&version=NKJV

  • The widow of Zeraphath represents those of us who are in a position of need.
  • The Oil represents the anointing
  • The bread is sustenance. The Lord is the bread of life.

She was promised that the jar of flour will not be used up and the jug of oil would not run dry until the day the Lord gives rain upon the land; this speaks to us about the drought times in life.  I also suppose that at this point, faced with her meager leftovers, that a portion of it gone would not be much different than the end result. It is this very act that transitions from personal hardship to above and beyond her own circle. She trusted and put faith in that word, she went and did as the prophet said; trusting in the word sent to her by God. We need to step up in faith, giving to the Lord that trust; it is the Tithe of Belief (give Him credit as the one who can and the one who will) Believe to receive!

Paul writes that "if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise." (Galatians 3:29 )

My God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

Psalm 77:14 “You are the God who performs miracles; You display your power among the peoples.”

We need to come into Unity with His word, through strong faith, deep need, total praise and thankfulness. A release within the release, a friend recently mentioned to me. This speaks to me on so many levels. We have to let our abilities and striving take the backseat when it comes time to let God drive us over that finish line. Release your trust, release your praise and worship toward the Lord, recognize this as the only effective action you can take... motions will resume but this time fueled with the knowledge that God can put the High in your octane, accelerating the onset of every need being met; personal, financial and situational.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for the times of great need that you have placed me in. I can see how great and merciful you are as in times past when my need exceeded my ability and then you rushed in to comfort and sustain me. I pray that I shall always remain just as sure of You no matter what life may present to me. I have been high and I have been low but I fully know that you are here with me, wherever I may go! I promise to you this day, with the greatest of ease because I know You are unfailing...that I shall always trust in You. Trust, faith and assurity; when they are turned over to you, are the begins of great things. Thank you Lord for trials of life that have shown me How truly amazing you are. Thank you for using them to bring me great blessings for they also strengthened me that I might help others. I am grateful for the position I have with You; your beloved child, forever indebted, blissfully happy and secured for all eternity! In the Mighty name of Yehushua, Our Lord and Savior AMEN
