Today is whats known to many as "Little Christmas" (Irish: Nollaig Bheag) is one of the traditional names in Ireland for 6 January, more commonly known in the rest of the world as the Feast of the Epiphany. It is sometime thought that it is called this because under the older Julian calendar, Christmas Day celebrations fell on that day whereas under the Gregorian calendar it falls on 25 December. Also, many Ukrainians have a day off on Christmas Day, which celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ. It is an annual public holiday across Ukraine and falls on January 7, the Orthodox Christmas date. The day is celebrated and commemorated by so many, regardless of the date. The gift is the BIRTH of Jesus to mankind, when salvation became a possibility.
Crucial to that gift unfolding was Mary & her obedience! The truest gift & best show of affection we can ever offer our Lord is a heart that desires to please Him. That is willing to undergo whateer His will might entail?! How many of us have undergone a hardship, only to later discover, the hidden blessing?! As we embark upon this New Year, just six days in now. the message we are hearing across the board, in sermons, churchs and close circles is that of Restoration. The acceptable Year of the Lord. Where His children are set apart, yet again, but in a blessed and restorative way.
..You'd begin with those closest to you and they would in turn spread it to those closest to them. Thats what we are called to do. To spread the WORD. When you do good for someone and they try to thank you, simply tell them. Thank Jesus, He told me to help you and He wants you to repay the favor by helping someone else! Thats what we call praying it forward! God is going to be blessing you, and over abundantly. How many unsaved people will be drawn to those who are being blessed all over the place. How will You or I, as children of the Most High, going to minister to them? We will feed and cloth the spirit as well as the body! AMEN?! Dont just send them away with a meal or some pocket money, send them with something worth chewing on! The meat of the word!

Many hearts will be won back to the Kingdom, things are being escalated and ramped up. We are called to "redeem the time" (Eph 5;16), it is critical to the agenda of Christ's Kingdom. If you had the most important message that every human needed to know, how would you do it? How would you get it out there?
We think nothing of texting, emailing, posting information about the latest deal, event, or news scoop. Does anyone really believe that no one is going to be required to answer for the vast amount of time (not a word was mentioned about spreading the good news?!) Speaking for myself, I do not want to be the one with no recollection of ever having spoken of Him!
1Corinthains 9:16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!
People love plaques, awards, rewards and trophies. Write His words upon the tablet of your heart and then spread it around! No greater accomplishment or acquisition exists! Get thoroughly engulfed by His word & go share it!
