Steps, moves and maneuvers 3/5/18

Have you ever been so caught up in a whirlwind that you later realized, wow…I was protected over here in this direction, not even knowing what potential was brewing because you were distracted looking over there?!. That just has to show you how faithful and awesome God really is!

This is a definitive time frame of upheaval for so many. The enemy surely wants us to feel off balance, uneasy, unsure. More than ever we have to stand firm. With our feet planted and our faces like a flint. Standing fast against the enemy, unmoved.

Doors are opening that no man can shut and God is surely placing blockades of prevention, as only He can,  against the plans of the enemy. When God shuts a door, its not a door anymore. He is thorough, staunch and impenetrable when its necessary.

I’ve seen significance in humility, honor & integrity. In the absence of those characteristics one finds dismissive haughtiness, power struggles and calculated interactions. Surely, the sign posts of hazardous conditions ahead and treacherous storms to line the path. Even so, our God sees afar off, even when our radar is off. How comforting to realize, He stands behind us, goes before us and walks alongside.

I fear not because I know that, I obey, surrender and trust. I enter into His rest, my strong-tower is ever before me, to encompass me, to embrace me, under His cloak I may find solace.  On the chess board of life, it might seem for a moment that we are exposed or vulnerable but our Heavenly Father is several moves ahead lining up the perfect check mate.  He is the King and always will defend  His Queen, His precious beloved.

Matthew 6:8

Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

Proverbs 18:10

The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.

Psalm 61:3

For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.

Psalm 75

75 Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.

When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.

The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.

I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:

Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.

For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.

But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

10 All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

Revelation 3:7-13

And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

The Fathers Love 2/5/18

Life has a funny way of throwing you a curve ball. I spent the last two months in a state of psuedo -numbness. My brothers passing really affected me so greatly. Part of me felt like he was the only one person left to  have been witness to all that I have been through, all that our family has been through. Someone who has known me since before I could speak. He too had been through so much, how could I deny that his going home to be with God is such a blessing for him. My connections to this world feel like they are dwindling and is that a bad thing? In my heart deep down, I just want Heaven. I want Jesus to come and for all of us to finally go home!

I had been feeling down, worn out, affected and broken. I was just longing for another encounter with the Lord. Needing His touch, His voice, His comfort. As I lay there, watching a prophet of God talk about how God sings over us. He starting singing this song, it really touched me, it was as if God himself was singing it to me, tears started to flow. Near the end of his sermon, he stated that he felt that even as he had just sang, that he believed God was going to be singing over us tonight and that some of us would even have encounters, where we could hear it. Just as he was saying this,  my ALEXA device , which I keep on my nightstand, initialized and begin to play “top christian music” . I was beyond blown away, knowing instantly this was God, getting my attention. I lowered the volume on the TV and wept as I listened. I soaked, I marvelled, I melted in the realization

This was the first three songs as they played….

1. Its not over Yet by King & Country

2. Your Love is Loyal – Lauren Daigle

3. Whm Shall I fear – Chris Tomlin

These songs just so ministered to my spirit, it was so amazing. There was another song that I have never heard before and I cant really remember it but at this point I was drifting off to sleep. I was so enveloped in His love, it was magnificent.

He desperately wants each of us to know how deeply in love with each of us that He is. Sometimes, the world we live in and the things we are exposed to dull His voice and His singing over us. The noise of this world can sometimes override His soft gentle voice but He never stops, never tires and never forfeits His position as our Father. He truly is Loyal!

I still want Heaven and I would say to this world my bags are packed! When that time comes I am so ready! I know though, as God spoke to my spirit that it is not over yet. There is more to be done, more experiences to be had, a deeper awakening for this world, greater impartations, gifts and anointings. I have been put in place for such a time as this for His glory and His harvest.

Heavenly Father, I pray and plead the blood of the lamb protection over me and mine, over everone who reads this. Lord, I ask that You give all Your children a similar encounter, a moment of extreme intimacy where there is no doubt in reason, in the natural or in the supernatural that it was You, the Almighty, so wonderful and might,y so all knowing and all encompassing. No denying, no explanations, just total perfection of timing and content that it is beyond, evident that it is YOU in that moment. I thank you Lord that you love me that much that you would bend down into my experience in such a way. It was exactly what I needed in that moment and I am forever grateful!AMEN

Deuteronomy 7:9 Know therefore that the LORD your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations.

Psalm 86:15 But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.

Psalm 136:26 Give thanks to the God of heaven, for his steadfast love endures forever.

Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

John 15:9-17 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you.Abide in my love.  If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full. This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. These things I command you, so that you will love one another.

Romans 5:8 God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 5:2-5 Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

Romans 8:37-39  No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me.

Ephesians 2:4-5 But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ— by grace you have been saved.

1 John 3:1 See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

1 John 4:7-8  Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.  Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.

1 John 4:9-11 In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
